Jared Angaza is a visionary entrepreneur, strategist, and transformation catalyst who has spent 25 years bridging the worlds of ancient wisdom, conscious activism, and modern innovation. As the founder and CEO of Passage, he's leveraging his understanding of human behavior, economics, psychology, ontology, and Indigenous intelligence to contribute to the realization of our mission.
As a seasoned strategist and brand architect, Jared has built and scaled organizations across the United States, Rwanda, Kenya, Nigeria, and Costa Rica, with a focus on sustainable business development, human rights, cultural and ecological preservation, and social impact ventures.
Jared lived in East Africa for a decade, where he successfully launched and led multiple enterprises and initiatives, including co-authoring a bill on women's rights in Rwanda (ratified into law) and creating one of Kenya's most influential creative agencies serving multinational clients and training local Kenyan creatives.
Jared's unique value proposition lies in his ability to navigate seamlessly between worlds – from advising governments and international NGOs to studying with Indigenous Elders and Wisdom Keepers, to training Blue Origin astronauts in cognitive optimization, and guiding global brands discover their authentic voice. This rich tapestry of experience informs Passage's ability to thoughtfully navigate the process of weaving sacred values into our collective future.

Creating a safe-house and income generation for trafficked women and children in Rwanda (for 5 years)
